| Payment Method: I accept paypal, at this time, for credit/debit card purchases. This allows you to pay using a credit card or debit card of your choice. If you do not already have a paypal account, please visit www.paypal.com, and sign up for free. Then, simply click on the animal that you wish to purchase on the "Available" page. I will also accept money orders as a form of payment. However, I must be notified that a money order is being sent, so as to put your animal/s on hold. Shipment of animal/s will not be made until the money order is received, and payment is made in full. Payment Plan: I will accept a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold animal/s for up to 3 months. After this time, if full payment has not be made, the purchaser will forfeit both the deposit and the animal/s. |
| Shipping U.S./International: I ship only to the U.S. I will not ship overseas for any reason. The health and safety of my animals are my top priority. Shipping Cost: A Flat Rate of $50.00 USD, per order (1-4 animals, depending on size), will be charged. Shipping charges are based on UPS Air and packaging costs. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time prior to order completion. Shipping Method: All orders are shipped overnight via UPS Air to your front door. Someone must be home to sign for the package at the time of arrival to ensure the safety and survival of all live animals. You will be notified, via email, of a shipping date that will need to be confirmed. Until confirmation of a date is complete, orders will not be shipped. I will ship orders only Monday - Wednesday, for arrival on Tuesday - Thursday, to ensure transportation of live animals is handled in a timely manner. Weather Conditions: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check weather conditions in their area prior to accepting a shipping date. Temperatures between 50-90* F are considered safe for most reptiles. Temperatures that are too cold, or too hot, can prove fatal to fragile reptiles, such as hatchlings. I highly recommend holding off on delivery until safer temperatures are reached. If you choose to confirm a shipping date while temperatures are unsafe for transportation, the purchaser will be held fully responsible and will forfeit all guarantees. Pick-Ups: With pick-ups, there will be no shipping charges applied. You can proceed with this option one of two ways. You may either prepay for your order via paypal, and pick-up. Or, you may pay cash or money order at the time of pick-up. |
| Ordering Options Special Orders: I will accept special orders, with first come, first serve basis. Special orders may include: particular cultivars, colors, genders, species, etc. With special orders, if I do not have what you are looking for in stock, I will do my best to locate your request in a timely manner. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken prior to purchasing the animal, once it is located. Once the animal requested has been received on my end, the remaining balance of the purchase price will be due prior to shipping. There will be no guarantees on these animals, as I have not cared for these animals myself, and do not have access to their health and feeding records. Waiting Lists: Waiting lists will only be available for those who either pay in full in advance, or for those who lose an animal (under guarantee) during initial transport. All names put onto the waiting list will be as I receive them. No one will be moved either ahead or behind anyone else on the list for any reason. Holds: I will hold live animals for up to three months, unless otherwise arranged prior to purchase, for a non-refundable deposit amount of 20%. If the animal on hold is not paid for, in full, within this time frame, the purchaser will forfeit both the deposit and the animal/s. |
| Guarantees All animals are guaranteed while in my care, and are live and healthy upon arrival, as long as they have been signed for the first time UPS attempts a delivery, and temperatures are within the safe zone. Once they leave my care, it is up to their new owner to ensure that they are cared for properly, and not left in their shipping box. There will be no refunds of any kind. If guarantee guidelines are not followed, guarantees will be forfeited immediately. No exceptions. If a mishap occurs during shipping that causes any live animal to not make the full transport, a replacement will be sent (if available) at no additional cost. A clear photo of the deceased animal is required, along with a copy of the delivery confirmation from UPS, to receive a replacement. In the case that there is not a replacement animal available, you will have several options. You may either be put on a waiting list for the next available animal, exchange the deceased animal for one of equal or lesser value, or receive credit towards the purchase of another animal. In the event that an exchange is made for an animal of lesser value, a credit will be applied for the price difference towards your next purchase. If an animal of greater value is chosen, the difference in price will need to be paid in full prior to shipping. Credits: Credit will be given to those whose live animal/s perish during transport, but only if guarantee guidelines are followed. All credits must be redeemed within two years of receiving, of which after expiration, credits will be forfeited. |
| Returns All sales are final. However, if for some reason you are unable to continue caring for one of my animals (at any age), I will gladly accept them back, and relocate them to a new forever home. Shipping charges will be paid for by the current owner of the animal. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to make sure your animals are checked by a licensed veterinarian, and are cared for properly. Extensive research should always be done prior to the purchase of any animal. All of my animals are born to be pets, not to be released into the wild, as they do not know how to survive on their own. All animals are a life-long commitment, and should be treated as such. These are not novelty pets! However, if you do have a question, you may always feel free to ask me. I will be happy to assist in the adjustment of your new animal/s. |
| Donations I will accept donations, through paypal. These donations will be put towards the advancements in breeding programs, the advancements in reptile care and education, and a portion will be donated to reptile rescue groups and organizations. |
| Snake Guarantees All snake hatchlings must have fed at least 3x on frozen/thawed pinkie mice, on their own, and shed at least 1x, prior to being shipped. I will not ship any hatchling until it has met these requirements, to ensure that you are receiving a healthy, strong specimen. All hatchlings are guaranteed to be captive bred. This means that they were bred and hatched in captivity, and not removed from the wild. Color of hatchlings are not guaranteed. Corn Snake hatchlings, for example, gradually become lighter or darker with each shed, depending on their genetics. Gender of hatchling/s is not guaranteed. Although, I do my best to ensure accurate sexing. This is sometimes difficult with very small hatchlings. Het traits are not guaranteed in hatchlings. I base het probability off a computer program that gives me het results. This does not mean every baby will actually be het, or that they will be het for all traits listed. Hets are only guaranteed in adult snakes that have previously been bred, and cross-tested for their genetics. Hatchlings may also have het traits that I am unaware of. The only way to prove het traits is through breeding trials. I recommend purchasing the snake that exhibits the traits you are looking for, rather than relying on a snake demonstrating het traits to avoid disappointment. |
